Garment/Product General Questions:
Q: Are Garments listed manufactured?
A: No, all items are designed and HAND-CRAFTED by Gallery Royals Exclusive Designs. EVERY item listed is EXCLUSIVE, ORIGINAL and ONE-OF-A-KIND, there is only ONE of each piece listed unless a custom remake is requested.
Q: What kind of materials are used for garments?
A: Gallery Royals mainly uses high quality 4-way and 2-way stretch materials unless stated otherwise in item description/details.
Q: If a listed item is marked as sold, how do I have it remade?
A: If an item that is marked as sold is desired, customer may Go to Design Palace in menu tab, and submit a Royal Replica form.
Q: I love the custom ready- to-wear options, however, I would like to have something created special for me, how do I do so?
A: For all custom design inquires, please select Design Palace tab, and submit a full Custom Creation Form.
Q: I saw a celebrity in an expensive gown that I would like, do you replicate designs other than Gallery Royals?
A: No, Gallery Royals is a designs house and does not participate in Copy Right infringement. However, customer may submit a picture of desired design as a inspirational picture and we can implement the elements of original desired design in a Custom Creation Form. We pride ourselves on the originality of each piece for each unique Queen we serve!
